Terms

Last updated 28 October 2026

By using Penny & Moat you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Research and education only

Penny & Moat helps you think about what a company might be worth. Nothing on it is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Fair values, scores, alerts and charts are estimates built from your own assumptions and from third-party data. They can be wrong. Decide for yourself, and talk to a licensed professional if you need advice.

Data may be wrong or late

Market data, financial statements, earnings dates, insider filings and logos come from third parties. They can be delayed, incomplete or mistaken, and we don't guarantee them. Check anything that matters against the company's own filings.

Using the service

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it, including investment losses.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above. Continuing to use Penny & Moat after a change means you accept it. How your data is handled is described in the privacy page.
